An automated Discord system flagged Axis as spam by mistake and quarantined it.
For about eight days Discord limited what the application could do. Among other things, it could not be added to new servers.
We appealed, explaining what Axis is: a security and moderation bot that only acts in servers that invited it and only responds to commands or configured moderation events. We provided screenshots and asked for a human review. Discord did it and lifted the quarantine.
