Only the cookies the site needs to work. No banner to accept, because there is nothing to opt into.
The principle
A cookie is a small file this site stores in your browser. Axis only uses the ones that are strictly necessary for what you ask it to do: keeping you signed in to your panel, protecting the Discord login, remembering your language, and recognising the same browser at the verification door. Cookies like these are exempt from consent, and they are the only ones we use.
Cookies used
Each one, where it lives on the site, what it is for and how long it stays.
| Name | What it does | Lasts |
|---|---|---|
sv_session/admin | Keeps you signed in to your web panel after logging in with Discord. It holds a random token; the server only stores a fingerprint of it. | 7 days, or until you sign out |
sv_state/admin | Protects the Discord login against hijacking: it checks that the answer from Discord belongs to the login you started. | 10 minutes |
sv_owner/admin | Unlocks owner-only settings in the panel for a short while after you confirm it is you. | 30 minutes |
dash_sid/dashboard | Keeps your session in the dashboard after logging in with Discord. | 15 minutes |
dash_state/dashboard | Protects the Discord login against hijacking: it checks that the answer from Discord belongs to the login you started. | 10 minutes |
radar_session/ | Keeps you signed in to the Radar. | 7 days, or until you sign out |
radar_oauth_state/ | Protects the Discord login against hijacking: it checks that the answer from Discord belongs to the login you started. | 10 minutes |
sv_vstate/verify | Protects the Discord login against hijacking: it checks that the answer from Discord belongs to the login you started. | 10 minutes |
sv_pk/verify | Used while you register or use a passkey at the verification door. | 10 minutes |
sv_pkchallenge/verify/passkeys | Used while you register or use a passkey at the verification door. | 5 minutes |
sv_pkresume/verify/passkeys | Used while you register or use a passkey at the verification door. | 5 minutes |
argos_id/verify | A random mark, only on the verification door, so a banned member cannot come back as a “new” browser. It is explained and accepted on the portal before it is set. | 400 days |
ap_state/apelar | Protects the Discord login against hijacking: it checks that the answer from Discord belongs to the login you started. | 10 minutes |
onyxacc/ | Keeps you signed in to your ONYX account (for websites that use ONYX). | 30 days, or until you sign out |
onyxc/ | The same kind of mark as argos_id, on the ONYX check page that other websites send their visitors to. | 1 year |
onyxlang/ | Remembers the language you chose. | 1 year |
sc_corp/corp | Keeps the corporate console session open. | 2 hours |
What we never do
No advertising cookies, no analytics, no third-party trackers, nothing that follows you to other websites. All of these cookies belong to this site, travel only over HTTPS and cannot be read by scripts on the page.
Deleting cookies
You can delete them from your browser settings at any time. Signing out of the panel deletes the session cookie straight away. If you delete the verification mark, nothing breaks: the next time you verify, you will be asked again.
